VisionWise @ Work is an opportunity to give your employees and executives the gift of career coaching at work. Under the standard package, each team member will receive three 30 minute coaching session to discuss work environment and satisfaction, career-related goals, and work-life balance.

The goal of these sessions is to create a healthier team and environment in your organization or company. At the end of these sessions, the hiring body (CEO, Board, etc) will receive a general overview of the health of the team with suggestions and recommendations taken from the results. No employee will be reported on directly for a complaint made about the top executive. Instead, the issue will be addressed as a recommendation to strengthen the organization.

COSTS: $175 per person (min of three). This price goes down to $150 per person when bundled with Team Dynamic.
