Through an online assessment called Personality ID, your team members will see their individual score chart, on a DISC graphic, that measures things like leadership, social interaction, organization, and temperament. Each individual chart is then overlapped with those on the team to show the team’s personality score.

This knowledge will help you discover strengths and weaknesses of your team and help you lead in a discussion of how to work within your team personality. This will also be helpful when hiring new people in your business or organization to see how they would fit into your team dynamic.

This package includes an assessment test for each individual, a 30 minute call with each team member to go over their individual score, and then a group session to show the team chart and discuss how to use this information to strength your team. Once a business or organization goes through this process, they will have the opportunity to purchase additional test codes, at a reduced price, for future hires or to be used during the interview process.
